I’ve stayed three times with André and Martine at les 3 Cyprès and always had a fantastic time. They are a very welcoming, warm couple who share their local knowledge willingly.
André is well travelled and we’ve shared experiences of travel in Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, South Africa, Japan Vietnam and of course France - there’s always a lot to talk about. Their adult children too are delightful.
The BnB is a 10 minute walk from Saint-Rémy’s centre, markets and restaurants, and really close to Saint Paul where I enjoyed the ambiance which inspired Van Gogh.
André suggested a hike nearby which had some fantastic views over the Roman ruins and the Alpilles. I spent a great time at a Chateaurenard festival nearby and drove down to Arles to see the Van Gogh museum and enjoy the festivities in the Roman arena and the market there. I also loved revisiting the Pont du Gard with my son James and had a day following Cézanne's influence in Aix-en-Provence.
The bnb is so well placed to visit the area- Avignon, Tarascon, les Baux- the markets in the surrounding villages are wonderful and there is a great convivial ambience each night at the bnb around the stone table with other guests (a mixture of French, English and German when I was there) . I can’t wait to get back this year... just to taste the great breakfasts with croissants and homemade jams provided that kick start the day.
The rooms are really good and have great views. The pool too was a welcome relief to relax late afternoon. I have a number of friends from our local Alliance française who have also loved staying there.

We stumbled on this typically French Rustic B/B in 2006. We were surprised and amazed at the history, art, culture and ambiance of St Remy and the surrounding area.
We never tire of visiting Provence and have spent 3 weeks each year since at 3 Cypres.
From day one we were made most welcome by Andre, Martine & the family and have become firm friends.
We meet many interesting & friendly people here from all parts of the world, some of whom return like us year after year.

Merci
